I sent another email to the one listed by Marionettes. I received another automatic response back, but there was an unexpected addition to it:

It says:

"Hi there! I'm sorry I couldn't reach you, but I'm currently out of the office. Please send any concerns you have, and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

That was part of the message I received when attempting to recover Lillian's image from the image archive.

Was he the one that sent it?
