This is the last chat log between them. I don't know what happened to Lillian. Riley appears to know more.

I attempted to fix the thread myself, but was limited in what I was able to do. However, I found a reference to an image in the image archives buried in the broken data. The file name is 2222.png. I'll see if I can find the image in the imagine archive and will report back later.
