Desperation

I got another email from Edward. The subject line is Desperation:

"What happens when all you care for is on the precipice of being taken away, leaving you with everything to lose?"

I asked for clarification, and got an automatic response:

"Two | Their stories were cut short, so now they seek another"

It went from four, to three, to two.

I felt a sharp pain in my heart earlier. I'm going to check Event Simulator.
